Imagine a bank with 19,000 employees handling all HR processes from annual leave requests to promotions manually through phone calls and e-mails. Prioritizing employee satisfaction and efficiency, Garanti sought to manage organizational structure and all personnel processes such as promotions and annual leave by using a single piece of online software.
At the first stage, I-AM identified Garanti personnel of different levels and their workflows were investigated. Information architecture of the software was designed to make it easier to use. For an easy and intuitive experience, interactive diagrams and schemes were designed and human-computer interaction scenarios were defined. By providing the information in different levels, the final design had a less confusing page structure. Strictly user-focused interfaces were designed for the more complex processes. The result is a pleasurable visual concept with all pages designed in line with this concept. The functions previously operated manually have been carried to the digital platform and are now therefore much more efficient.
