I-AM were approached by the founders of Koshari Street to design a full brand identity and retail concept for their fast-casual Egyptian street food concept.
The remit of the work by I-AM covered everything from logo design and name generation to digital design. Alongside this, I-AM worked with food experts to tweak the flavours for British palates and add finesse to the final offering for the UK market.
To promote the launch of the brand, I-AM organised a series of pop-up tasting events designed to introduce the public to the satisfying, natural and healthy benefits of Egyptian street cuisine.
