I-AM Beyond were asked to create a concept that would raise awareness for the Rituals brand in the market. I-AM Beyond designed, planned and managed the Rituals ‘Urban Oasis’ pop-up concept. The aim was to raise brand awareness for both the Rituals brand and also the ‘relax, energise, refresh’ campaign concept created by I-AM Beyond.
I-AM Beyond created an events strategy for the duration of the Rituals pop-up that included yoga sessions, meditation classes and tai chi sessions. The location chosen for the pop-up was Broadgate Exchange Square, adjacent to the bustling London Liverpool Street Station. The scope of the work carried out by
I-AM Beyond also included sourcing of all production elements and the design of specific campaign collateral including flyers, posters and schedules.
I-AM Beyond also instigated an additional press link-up Beauty Seen PR and Broadgate Estates that included website coverage on both their homepage and ‘what’s on’ sections, an e-shot sent out to 30,000 database contacts and a newsletter mention sent out to 7,000 key contacts and businesses within the estate area.
