With four steak restaurants up and running, but appealing to a mainly niche audience, the owners of Steakout engaged I-AM to take the business to the next level, incorporating their new shakes and juices offer.
This involved strategic definition of wider target audiences, the development of new brand identities for Steak Out and new sub-brand Shake Out, and complete 360º Brand Experience design including interiors, website and packaging. The new sites bring together all these elements in a formula suitable for franchising across the UK, with enough flex in the creative principles and components to accommodate a range of different site formats.
The concept is contemporary, textural, warm and authentic – with a ‘touch of bling’ and tongue-in cheek bovine references throughout, expressing the passion and personality of the business owners. The result achieves broader appeal and lifts the proposition into a new league.
