I-AM started by identifying the contents and interactive elements. User scenarios were defined for structural design. Pages were designed consonant with user psychology to be easy to use. User flow and the content were kept well defined. Customers were given clear information on how to reach a solution; the language and the design of visuals were very clean on the page.
