I-AM co-hosted the I-AM Session ‘FuturEats’ with FIS (Food Innovation Solutions) at I-AM’s studio near Old Street.
The theme of the event was to explore the latest trends in the food and drink sector. We also looked at how these trends can be translated into cutting-edge branding and design, to create an unforgettable customer experience.
The event featured a short talk by Stefan Cosser, Innovator at FIS (and former Senior Development Chef at The Fat Duck) – focusing on the SS14 food trends and accompanied by a sampling session.
Afterwards, Pete Champion, Group Partner & Director of 3D Design at I-AM, followed with a talk about how to create a 360º brand experience that will delight customers.
It was an intimate, informative and entertaining evening, and a good opportunity to meet leaders in the field of food, hospitality and FMCG. Of course, there was also a delicious offering of food and drinks, courtesy of our partners.
Take a look at our report to see what was shared on the night…
