Pod use natural, ethically produced ingredients to make delicious, healthy food. The eat-in and take-away chain launched in 2005 and now counts over 20 sites across London. Pod contacted I-AM to refresh their brand identity and create the perfect dining experience.
To help communicate Pod’s essence to a wider audience, I-AM repositioned them as “food pioneers” with “a taste for adventure”. As part of the brand overhaul, I-AM developed a new inspirational identity, language and tone of voice. We introduced a new brand mark and updated the packaging and POS with bolder typefaces and new colourways. We also upgraded the menu with the launch of seasonal campaigns and different daytime offerings. To craft a memorable and uplifting restaurant experience, the restaurant interiors have been decked out in materials such as timber and cork, contrasting with colourful furniture and complemented by an inspirational montage wall.
The new Pod experience, designed by I-AM, has been trialled in two key London sites and will help a wider audience discover Pod’s delicious “fuel for life”.
